How Real Estate Agents Can Train ChatGPT to Write Like Them

Train ChatGPT to Sound Like You: A Guide for Real Estate Agents

If you’re a real estate agent using ChatGPT but tired of it sounding generic, you’re not alone.

You’ve got a personal voice. A distinct tone. Maybe even catchphrases your audience knows you for.

Now you can make ChatGPT sound like you by using the ChatGPT memory feature.

Let’s break down the process step by step.

‍

STEP 1: Turn On the ChatGPT Memory Feature

Before anything else, make sure your ChatGPT memory is active.

  • Click your profile icon (top right)
  • Go to Settings
  • Select Personalization
  • Toggle Memory ON

Once activated, ChatGPT will start remembering your preferences, tone, and style, just like training a new assistant.

‍

Step 2: Treat ChatGPT Like Your Marketing Employee

Here’s the mindset shift:

ChatGPT isn’t just a chatbot, it’s your virtual employee.

What would you train an employee on first?

Your writing style. Emails, blog posts, social media captions so they should all sound like you.

‍

Gain an Undeniable Advantage Over Traditional Real Estate Agents
‍
Step 3: Gather Your Original Content

You’ll need to feed ChatGPT content you have written. That includes:

  • Past emails
  • Listing descriptions
  • Social media posts
  • Blog articles
  • Real estate flyers

This is how you train it to write like you.

‍

Step 4: Use This Prompt to Train ChatGPT

Once you’ve copied your content, paste it into ChatGPT and type this:

“Today I am going to train you how to write and sound like me. I am going to feed you written copy. Don’t respond, just read and learn.”

‍

Paste the content and hit enter.

Then say:

“Save my writing style to your memory.”

‍

ChatGPT will confirm with:

“Memory updated.”

Now you’re officially on your way to AI-powered, authentic marketing.

‍

Step 5: Confirm It Saved Your Style

To verify it worked:

  • Go to Settings > Personalization > Manage Memory
  • You’ll see descriptions like:
    • “Responds in short, punchy style”
    • “Uses clear CTAs”
    • “Highlights time-saving and efficiency”

This means ChatGPT is now equipped to help you write just like you.

‍

Step 6: Start Creating More, In Less Time

With your writing style saved, ChatGPT can now:

  • Write email sequences that sound like you
  • Draft listing descriptions in your tone
  • Create Facebook ads using your phrasing
  • Respond to leads with your voice

It’s all you, but faster.

‍

⚠️ A Quick Tip on Memory Limits

ChatGPT memory isn’t unlimited. Prioritize saving your writing style first before anything else.

In the upcoming blogs, we’ll show you what else to save in memory for better automation.

‍
